Privacy Policy — RepairShop PRO

RepairShop PRO ("the App") is developed and operated by Leonidas Panagiotidis, based in Serres, Greece. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.

1. Data we store locally on your device

The App is offline-first. The following data is stored on your device only (via secure local storage) and is never sent to any server:

• Customer information (name, phone, email, address) that you enter
• Device repair records (device model, IMEI/SN, diagnosis, cost, status)
• Inventory and pricing data
• Photos of repaired devices you capture
• Business profile (your shop name, logo, contact details)
• Customer signatures for repair receipts
• Device unlock information (PIN or Pattern) if you choose to store it

2. Data transmitted to our servers

The following limited data is sent to our servers strictly for licence validation:

• Your device's licence key (activation code you entered)
• Your business profile fields (only when you tap "Save & Enter App") for licence-holder identification

We do NOT transmit customer data, repair data, inventory data, or photos to any server.

3. Third-party services

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No SDKs collect data in the background.

4. Data security

All data transmitted between the App and our licence server uses HTTPS (TLS encryption). Sensitive integrity checks in the App use SHA-256 hashing.

5. Data retention & deletion

All local data remains on your device until you delete the App or manually erase it from Settings → Data. To delete server-side licence records, contact us at the email below.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete any data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

7. Children's privacy

The App is a professional tool for repair technicians. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice.
